    Pros

    Cell phone paid for, with computer and fun counter parts to work with and vent to about troubles

    Cons

    Everything is taken away but we are told to work harder, longer and overdrive the number while we have to worry if we are going to get fired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit worrying about your way too expensive salary and give us more stability
