    Pros

Competitive salary for the position. If you know how to run business, you can bonus well. (I was double-bonusing) Great training program, awesome tools and resources

    Cons

Had 5 District Managers in 1 year...even as a top performer, this limited growth and development opportunities. No opportunity to advance- every time a DM left, they split the district up into existing districts and didn't open the position. Many DMs micromanaged the manager schedule-- it shouldn't matter when I work if I properly train and develop my team!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Tell your managers you appreciate them before they leave. If you have a top performer, treat them well and don't micromanage. Better transitions between managers when people leave. The people underneath shouldn't suffer and be set back in development every time there's a new manager.

    Pros

Fun, fast-paced environment. Free coffee and good benefits.

    Cons

Constant changing week to week schedule. Low pay for high stress scenarios. Physical and emotional burnout.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leads by example is supposed to be the model for upper management, but in my particular case, upper management was the exception to standard. It can be frustrating and disrespectful when upper management does not follow through with the standards the company sets before all partners.
