I worked at Starbucks part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Get 1 pound of coffee or box of tea for free each week, tips, and leftover pastries/sandwiches (they restock them daily). Fast paced working environment when it is busy - time passes by quickly and it is pretty fun making drinks and interacting with customers.

Hourly wage also increases by $1 every 6 months!

    Cons

Not much growth potential. Just a good part-time job for when you're in school or just want to take a break and have a bit of fun while making some money.

I have been working at Starbucks full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Less promotional items compared to a real Starbucks. Health benefits provided by your employer.

    Cons

Fast paced, busy, management typically is not directly underneath starbucks, but your employer.
