Current Employee – been working at Starwood Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than a year

Pros – great benefits, so many possibilities of career direction, staff fun to work with

Cons – not many....have to be flexible in schedule, and some locations slow down in business so much that hours can be cut during slow weeks. that's usually only a few weeks out of the year if you're in one of those locations

Advice to Senior Management – keep moving forward with new ideas and building relationships with associates
