Former Employee – worked at SunTrust

Pros – The only pro is the health insurance is good.

Cons – -The company only cares about making money.
-Forces you to sell unrealistic products to customers who dont need it
-Management abuses their power
-Branch managers are never in the office- they show up late and do what they feel
-Very unfair to hardworking employees
-Salary/Pay is extremely low
-UNPROFESSIONAL

Advice to Senior Management – Management seems to not care about employees. My advice would be to put employees above all in order to keep your employees.
