    Pros

    Good salary, good people locally.

    Cons

Product teams spread across globe- led to communication, timing & management issues.
Virtual HR for remote offices with 200+ people not a good idea.
Not enough innovation, just integration, integration, integration of acquired technology.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lead by example, not by powerpoint.

I have been working at Symantec full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Work culture is good. The management is considerate and flexible in a variety of ways. The benefits are also decent. There is no specific in-time or out-time in the office and no specified average working hours. The HR policies are good.

    Cons

The benefits are decreasing year by year. The senior management changes very frequently and therefore, every new management comes with a different management style and policies scrapping most of the style which the earlier management had established. This has a bad effect on the direction in which the employees should align themselves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Frequent change at the higher management level ultimately reduces the productivity of the other employees too. Please keep these changes to the minimum.

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
