Current Employee – been working at Synopsys full-time for more than a year

Pros – stable revenues, care for employees welfare

Cons – some managers are inexperienced and incompetent

Advice to Senior Management – review management training programs. have more anonymous feedback of managers from their employees. Remove managers that are incompetent.
