I worked at TASER full-time for more than a year

Pros – Hans Marrero is a great person if you get to meet him

Cons – All of the smart employees don't stay around very long. No loyalty between employees. No loyalty between employees and managers.. Mass lay-offs, weekly firings. Not to mention working with a product that by nature has many safety concerns.. that you will have to spin positive.. and it will leave you with many sleepless nights wondering..

Advice to Senior Management – find new gigs
