Former Employee – worked at TRW Automotive full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Interesting technology, challenging work
Good people doing the work, but lack of leadership and vision above.

Cons – Too much misinformation in the job,
organization/ locations are rivals, not there to help each other, fighting for control
No direction, or bad directions from above.(do this, and then nevermind, do that, somebody else already did that, don't need that now, need this, etc)

Advice to Senior Management – Need strong leadership to control the organizations.
Understand the strengths in teams in utilize them.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
