Current Employee – been working at Tangoe
Pros – Friendly coworkers, casual office environment, cutting edge field in tech (telecom)
Cons – Upper management is not in touch with what goes on "in the trenches"
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the people at the bottom of the ladder. They have good things to say.
