    Pros

The job was pretty simple and straightforward and there was a low learning curve.

    Cons

There was extreme pressure to sell their RedCards and evaluations of job performance were almost solely based off of the number you sell per shift. Management would turn it to a competition and compare you to the other employees even though there were many factors that affect the number you sell (i.e. employee location within the store, time of day, etc.) There is almost no opportunity for advancement and the turnover rate is extremely high. The pay increase per yearly evaluation for hourly employees is only $.25.

    Advice to Management

Don't reverse discriminate when you hire people and make employees feel welcomed and comfortable.
