A lot of talk, but it's all smoke and mirrors.

I have been working at Target part-time

    Pros

Flexibility, close-knit teams (however, this is hoping you get good people to work alongside you).

    Cons

Low pay, micromanaging, team leaders are either great or horrible, and there's a lot of focus on results and great guest service, but a lot of the leaders fall flat in motivating and connecting with the people they're managing.
