hard working, yet flexible and fun

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) New York, NY (US)

ProsThe vibe is definitely hardworking - leaning towards type A - but still cool and collected, so it makes for a trusting environment. It's also work you can feel good about, has a strong feedback system, diverse, very very flexible working conditions at National HQ and supportive management. It's the gold standard for nonprofits, but be prepared to work long and hard.

ConsYou might end up making less than similar positions in corporate America.
