-Advancement potential far beyond the entry-level "Corps Member" position
-Highly diverse team of coworkers and partners
Cons – -Relocation is often necessary for advancement
-Stringent/required "buy-in" to TFA best practices leaves little room for personal innovation
Advice to Senior Management – -Strengthen the hiring preferences and practices for TFA alums seeking employment in their home regions
-Expand your staff in each region to include a curriculum and development specialist with specific knowledge in special education
