Current Employee – been working at Teach for America full-time

Pros – - Positive outlook and relentless dedication by staffers and organization to further their mission
- Always people available to give support or help if requested
- Very reflective organization that values feedback and improvement at almost every level

Cons – - Expectations seem daunting at first
- Not great a communication
- Training will not fully prepare you for teaching, but nothing really could

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to be genuinely reflective and react to how corps members are feeling and doing - also, continue to try and connect the work of corps members so that the feeling of a movement can become more palpable
