I have been working at TelePacific Communications full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Upper management and executive staff are generally very knowledgeable and run the company according to professional protocols. HR provides ample training opportunities and hosts staff appreciation activities. They genuinely seem to care about the well-being of their employees and customers. Transfers and upward mobility opportunities are good. Because TelePacific operates out of 40+ local offices, you can live almost anywhere in CA and have an office to report to. Out-of-state and work-from-home opptys are available, too.

    Cons

Job responsibilities are generally demanding within this lean/mean organizational model. If you are looking for a kick-back opportunity, this is not the place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing; this ship seems to get tighter every year.
