    Pros

    Some great people and overall the top people were great.

    Cons

    Hiring decisions were questionable - some people were promoted because of being friends vs that they had knowldge about the departments -

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Some of the" friends" are in positions that they are potentially dangerous to an SEC reporting company.
