Flexibility and pay are very good for most people in the Corporate office.

Cons

Vacation is discouraged and there is a serious lack of leadership and accountability.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold managers accountable and show them how to hold their subordinates accountable. There is no such thing as "too much" communication.

    Pros

    Great coworkers
    Good benefits
    Good salary (competitive, at least for managers)

    Cons

    Management just started paying dividends...and then laid off employees. Communication is poor and they are out of touch with the people who do the real work of the company. They are only concerned about shareholders.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Layoffs every other year do not project a stable company to shareholders or anyone else. There is a lot of waste that could be cut to reduce expenses, but you need to ask the people that know - non-managerial employees. Go beyond the VPs to get more insight into your company.
