I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Nice place to work. Great work life balance
Cons – IF you are in a group that has diminishing returns better to look elsewhere as TI is not know to hang on to their employees or relocate to other groups. It will be an enmasse exit.
Advice to Senior Management – Your business decissions affect lot of people down the chain. Please make sure your plans of recruitment does suit the business needs rather than have a Hire now fire later mentality.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
