- You have access to a wide array of technical resources in terms of people, lectures, documents
- Lots of opportunities to work on different things that interest you because of the breadth of the company

Cons

- The company might get too big at times and standing out in the crowd might be difficult

- Need to reduce the processes at times to react faster to customer requirements

    Some of the non analog division management is sloppy.

    Very good products and engineers. Lot of opportunities to learn and enhance skills.

    unfortunately TI is been run by Senior managers who has no vision.
