Pros – 1) High salary ,one of the best in industry
2) cutting edge work ,most of the products are best in industry
3) excellent work environment , generally colleagues are friendly and helpful
4) Recreational facilities, regular outing ,

Cons – 1) Delayed promotions ,because many are in 'Q'
