I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good company to learn variety of things..work gets valued..good employees are always valued and given chance to rise up in either technical ladder or management ladder

Cons

not many...little conservative..less agression on new products...

Advice to ManagementAdvice

managing is a skill and not a project or job..but lots of good managers around..need to nurture and value the talent as an asset.

    Pros

    Competitve pay, great work environment, reasonable work expectations, excellent career opportunities. TI wants you to be the best employee you can be, and is willing to invest in your development.

    Cons

    A bit too many superfluous meetings. Food could be better.

    Strong analog porfolio
