    Pros

This workplace is very fun and laid back. The employees are outgoing and enjoy being around people. Everyone is willing to help one another in various tasks.

    Cons

There are frustrations that may come with the job, but they are small issues, like miscommunication between the kitchen and servers or system formatting for entering orders.

I have been working at Texas Roadhouse full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Your workmates are what make the job enjoyable, honestly. There are plenty of hours to go around, as well as picking up shifts if you need to make extra money. Fast paced and easy system to learn.

    Cons

Clientele is awful. You get the best of both worlds. Tips can be really good, or REALLY bad. You have to put in quite a bit of hours to make decent money. Managers are nice, but they tend to think your life revolves around your job, which it doesn't. Can feel very underappreciated at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect and value your servers/workers. Servers represent the FOH and the face of the company. A simple thank you goes a long way.
