Pros – Work culture, type of work, colleagues, celeberations, work life balance, process, internal mobility, international mobility, salary day (25th day of every month), bonus not part of CTC

Cons – unclear internal communication, lack of clarity of roles & responsibilities, lack of knowledge sharing sessions, salary structure, unclear heirarchy, job security

Advice to Senior Management – Focus on bringing each unit up in value chain
