The Buckle Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at The Buckle part-time for less than a year

Pros – Trying on new clothes and employee discount

Cons – Slow-paced. Whoever decided that having more than 5 people in the store at a time is "busy" hasn't been exposed to much work at all. It's sometimes painful even FINDING something to do to waste time...unless you're into standing around and gossiping.

Advice to Senior Management – Your job is to impact.....not take sales from your co-workers. Lead by example...
