Too Much Work, FAR Too little hours

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at The Children's Place part-time

Prosgreat team atmosphere, pleasant customers, fun music helps the day go by a little faster. PLUS, lots of cute little kids shopping with parents for cute new clothes

Consmanagement cuts hours AT LEAST ONCE/WEEK, leaving my paycheck little to nothing for all the hard work I have put in. It also seems that there is a lot of nepotism/favoritism going on within management; people with little to no leadership skills are getting promoted to management positions, and they hardly do ANY work.

Advice to Senior ManagementCONSIDER EMPLOYEES' QUALIFICATIONS BEFORE PROMOTING THEM TO MANAGEMENT POSITIONS. 19-year-olds who have barely graduated high school should NOT be promoted into a management position.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
