Clinical staff were allowed to focus on clinical operations.
Small town atmosphere in big health system.
Top health system in the US.
Top clinical staff in the country.

Cons – Salary levels were a little low.
Staff felt empowered to make change but need continued training to cultivate this innovative thinking.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to implement leadership and training initiatives and support clinical staff with Lean and Six Sigma.
