    Pros

Flexible and friendly management. Allow ample time for personal development, provided you prove yourself.

    Cons

TR is trimming a lot of its legacy products. Not very clear on your carrer path if you are in one such technology. I wished they had better options to migrate platforms.
The Desktop IT side of things are SLOW. we are still using XP and Office 2007.
