“Great company to work for...”
I have been working at Time full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Staple company, good benefits, easy going environment, some long hours.
Cons – No upper mobility - layoffs every 3-4 years.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on growing business rather than looking to cut cost
