    Told to just do the job, manager rarely called, no training. When things went wrong due to neglect from manager he was shocked!?!

    Pros

    In my opinion there aren't any pros to working at Tolt Service Group

    Cons

    Training, supplies, and management are basically non existent! You will receive little to no training. Parts that you order come broken, damaged or non functional. When you call management for advice or information you are brushed off and very seldom dealt with. Its a shame that so many great technicians are left to their own devices with little to no support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop the Wednesday phone meeting! They are a waste of time! All technicians are encouraged to discuss concerns and few are ever really addressed! Get the necessary tools needed to support the technician and his customers!
