Company full of smart people

Business Analyst (Current Employee)

ProsMy group is full of hardworking smart people who are genuine in their commitment to clients. People live the company values: Clients first, collaboration, professional excellence, integrity and respect.

ConsI would like to see more communication between groups. There have been some post-merger growing pains but I feel we are now getting to be one integrated company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    Top 3 professional experiences

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Towers Watson as a contractor for more than 3 years

Pros: - tons of opportunities for personal & professional development - smart… Cons: - inconsistent leadership across business units; some leaders don't communicate, others do - risk aversion… Advice to Senior Management: Be open - give your very smart people the benefit of the doubt - deliver tough… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
