I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time for less than a year

    Pros

benefits arent too expensive and we get kaiser as an option, pay is well (twelve an hour for me), 40 hours a week, excellent co-workers, my manager is awesome and super understanding!

    Cons

some of the technology is older than what ive seen in other branches, moving around a lot as a floater teller

I worked at U.S. Bank full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

They care about customer service. Excellent product offerings. Customers should be very happy with this business.

    Cons

Training of new employees is minimum at best. Employee advancement is very hard to achieve. It's not what you know, but who you know to get anywhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees and don't assume that their input is not worth your time. Don't twist statements into something that it's not. Your lower managers are stretched too thin and worked too hard to achieve family/work balance.
