Volunteer for part-time slave labor at low pay

Sergeant (Former Employee) Urbana, IL (US)

ProsInstills discipline, encourages people to be responsible and orderly, required time is only 1 weekend a month plus a 2 week period per year

ConsLow pay, many different bosses, generally any promotion is just a handout to relieve a superior of some of his/her duties while retaining the same amount of bosses/masters as you previously had.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop treating volunteers like slaves.
