“Great place to get a 2-4 yr foundation then move on to a better environment/ advancement -- just like any big CPG firm.”
Current Employee – been working at Unilever PLC
Pros – Top CPG company; a lot of brands; great training; easy to go into other marketing afterward
Cons – Big, get lost in the shuffle. Some roles much more work than others.
Advice to Senior Management – Promote and support the star talent more. Work out better balance of responsibilities. Value an MBA more. Promote where due in terms of work product not just friends with everyone.
