Pros – Inspiring seniors, Good portfolio of technologies to work on, Good provision for entertainment while taking break off the work. Very good location of the office.

Cons – Allocation of work should suit the competence of employee.

Advice to Senior Management – There should be at least 1 one to one meeting with each employee.
