Relaxed and easy going

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at University of Houston part-time for more than 5 years

Pros- Mostly relaxed atmosphere, easygoing attitude toward work
- Decent pay for student worker
- Flexible hours for student worker
- Competent and friendly coworkers

Cons- Limited and old technology will not promote employee's development
- Slow at getting job done

Advice to Senior ManagementIt would be very nice if the university employs more modern or widely used technologies so that the employee has a chance to grow and learn something that will benefit them later in life.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
