I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores

Pros

Like the products, clothes, lingerie. People at my store in Century City were nice, but that's not true of every store.

Cons

Horrible pay (but that's expected for this type of retail job)

I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores

    Pros

    Semi-flexible schedule. A couple of nice co-workers.

    Cons

    -Management is extremely disrespectful
    -The job sucks
-You'll often stay hours after closing time fixing stuff that should've been done by someone else.
    -Pay is terrible
-Company will often try and not pay you all of your hours. Make sure to count your hours closely because plenty of mine went missing on paychecks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The focus was on pleasing the customer only, not employees.

I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores

    Pros

You get try the new top products. You also get to interact with a lot of customers. You get to help people feel comfortable and sexy.

    Cons

Management was horrible. Breaks were kept to a minimum. The opportunity for sharing ideas with company on policies were not available.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find someone from the actual workforce to lead the store to success. Corporate managers sent down to lead the store causes a lot of problems for the team because they are only focused on the statistics. Leaders should actually care about the employees and customers.
