    Good environment and great benefits.

    Cons

Old style company with bureaucracies and lack of flexibility (work time and work from home).

    Pros

    Great brand and business model.

    Cons

I have never been treated with such disrespect personally or professionally. The more that I accomplished and the harder I worked the worse it got. I was repeatedly told to lower my ambitions. This is not a place for ambitious people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change culture of negativity.
