    Pros

There is plenty of room for advancement, limited only by your own interests and abilities. Also, there are many postions available if you want to try something different from time to time, but staywith the same company.

    Cons

It is retail, with all of the drawbacks that entails.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work at training and retaining your staff at the hourly level. They are your future managers, and will pass on that same dedication and effort if you let them.

    Pros

supplemental income if your collecting government aid ( you'll fall WAY below the max. dollar amount that you're able to earn while collecting) or if you're in school. thats about it.

    Cons

will tell you you have a chance to move up, then after busting your a for 6 months, you get a "promotion" to be a csm with a 90 cent raise... health benefit offerings are a joke.. 195/pay for a 3000 deduct and a 5000 out of pocket max

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

lol, what advice could i possibly offer a company who's net profit is equal to or close to the GDP of some countries
