I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Walmart can be a challenging company to work for at times, but it's worth it. I've moved up from the bottom, and I'm still moving. You can definitely make a career out of it, if you just stick with it.

Cons

With any retail environment, the job can be trying at times.

I worked at Walmart full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It was a job. Paid for my gas. I got food stamps. I became close friends with several employees. Paid 40 cents more than federal minimum wage. Got a bonus every once in a while.

    Cons

Not enough employees, couldn't pay any of my other bills, was full time but rarely got full time hours, worked for only 40 cents more than federal minimum wage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people, raise our pay, offer to help instead of standing behind us telling us everything we are doing wrong.
