I have been working at Walt Disney Company full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great work/life balance, amazing product, fantastic name recognition, confident in our leadership.

Cons

For many positions, does not pay as well as other organizations. Additionally, this review is based on a salary, manager-level position and does not speak to all roles within the company.

I worked at Walt Disney Company full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The atmosphere and enthusiasm of the cast members cannot be beat

    Cons

For me the pay a was a little low but all the benefits and discounts you get from Disney make up for it.

I have been working at Walt Disney Company full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some great consultants to work with.

    Cons

Politics everywhere. Especially, within the Corporate HQ in Burbank. You have better do a good job so your boss does not have to do anything. However, you have better not do too good of job and make him or her look bad. Got the picture? This is why everything takes forever to complete.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the dead beat! They are holding Disney hostage and inhibit growth for the company. Some middle management layers are actually getting rid of the competent to disguise their own ineptitude.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
