Current Employee – been working at Warner Home Video

Pros – okay place to work if you have an MBA if you dont you may not get promoted or have the ability to move up

Cons – super corporate environment that is slow moving to change and lead more my politics than performance. Decisions are made depending on upper managements desires rather than what consumers may actually want.

Advice to Senior Management – value long time employees and pay attention to industry change as well as emerging media as well as new talent
