Former Employee – worked at Whirlpool full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Work 3 days a week, company card to expense fast food for client lunches, mileage payments, fly under the radar with ease
Cons – Horrible sales direction, poor training, CEO is awful, VP of Sales is clueless, corporate is in a ghetto small town that is stuck in the 90's, the company lays off employees to help the bottom line instead of cutting spending.
Advice to Senior Management – Until CEO is ousted there is no advice that will matter. Company is watching the competition surpass in innovation.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
