Upward mobility in a successful company with a conscience

Analyst (Current Employee)
Seattle, WA (US)

I have been working at Whole Foods Market full-time for more than 5 years

ProsLots of pathways to moving up, constant growth, transfer ability to most metro areas in US, although excoriated in the media, WFM really is the standard for natural and organic food, retailing and industry leading.

ConsIt's retail, so even in management or regional positions, the salaries aren't in line with other non-retail companies

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Whole Foods Market full-time for more than a year

Pros: you can request off, yup thats it Cons: TL's are awful especially in customer service, stupid rules about calling out or being late 3 times, people moving up out of favoritism, supervisors… Advice to Senior Management: Treat everyone fairly! Stop believing customers as you have been in a TMs shoe… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
