    I worked at Wipro full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    I joined wipro as a fresher. Got to work as a developer in networking domain.
    It was a great learning curve and i think this experience would help me a lot in the long run.
    good chance to develop your skills with various trainings. work environment is productive. highly satisfied

    Cons

    salary is on the lower side. cant expect much in appraisals. nothing else to complain. if ur bothered abt quality of work then u shud try for a good project not all can be satisfying.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Wipro should give more dividends to its lower band employees. the base package offered to freshers is usually too less . The "bin" formula should be removed where top performer in training is given X package next 2-3 guys getting X-25k and rest getting X-50k in a batch of 30 ppl .. packages should be given on percentages scored as it is a better indicator of employee's talent.
