nice kitchen to work in but hectic at times, not enough space. fast paced and exiting at times.

I worked at Wolfgang Puck Catering full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGreat place for newcomer that want to learn catering banquets style cooking.
and for those that are in that specific field a good chance to learn more of the catering trade part of it
-menus and recipes are geared to simplify cooking in different situations with great results.
-quality is good and consistent,

Cons-Management only cares on meeting the dateline[rather than the quality] and delivering the goods in time sometimes the other 50% depends on the F.O.house service. for the overall impact of the name WP.
-Stewarding department doesn't really helps that much in delivering the product and setting up the events.- [cooks grow discouraged in time when delivering carts back & for from events].
-No parking - No decent employee meals and awful restrooms Locker room.

Advice to Senior Management..[Please put the money in upgrading the employees restrooms, and more healthy food choices for the employees meal, .re-orginize stewarding in order to take full charge in delivering food carts to all events,.cook are there to cook NOT TO DELIVER FOOD CARTS.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
