I have been working at Woodforest National Bank full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice customers, easy commute. That's about all I can say for the "Pro" side.

    Cons

They want you to go into Walmart and start up a conversation with a shopper to get them to open an account. All day its market, market, market. No matter how well you do one day it's never enough. Their idea of a bonus is a box of girlscout cookies and when you ask about a raise it doesn't matter how well YOU'VE performed, its if the branch is making goal or not. If your branch isn't making goal every month, no raise. They're open 7 days a week so don't work there if you're expecting "bankers hours". Lastly, your always referred to work at the "Walmart Bank" which is pretty obvious why that's a con.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look closely at how some managers are cheating/frauding people. It's everywhere and the Regionals turn their back because their branch is pulling in the numbers. Stop the stupid Friday Blitzes, everyone thinks it's very unproffesional.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
