“Great company to work for.”
Current Employee – been working at Work Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Friendly work environment. Great clients.
Cons – Not much of internal advancement opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management – Promote people from within the company and stop hiring incompetent people who can't deliver what is required of their role.
