    Pros

    Vacation time
Autonomous work enviroment for the most part
    Mgmt doesn't micro manage
Can work from home when needed (for some)
You prioritize and manage your workload

    Cons

Middle mgrs conduct employee reviews, but they do not have enough knowledge to do so (because they are not involved in your daily activities, may sound strange, but that's the case)
    Limited room for advancement.
Recently came out with a new career path. If you're already at the top of that chart, then what?
No bonus, salary increase, or 401K match in about 3 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understanding that it is hard times, but that's the case for all of us. Show your employees you value them with some type of financial compensation.

I have been working at WorkflowOne

    Pros

There are plenty of opportunities to expand your skill set. They are very flexible and willing to work with a variety of different situations.

    Cons

Due to the recent financial situation of the company, raises have been few and far between. Rather then getting rewarded, or even thanked, for any extra effort in these trying times, generally you will just get more work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

While that lack of raises and promotions in these financially stressful times is somewhat understandable, there comes a point when you need to give you employees something and quit taking away. There are a lot of employees that have stuck with this company throughout these tough times, but if the company does not do something about retaining these employees they will give up on the company too.
