Current Employee – been working at Yahoo full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Yahoo hires top quality, the products and science is pretty good.

Cons – The company has no direction and it is a dying company. The projects gets changes from india to sunnyvale so often. There is no sense of ownership. Some of the managers in yahoo so not good with people management.

Advice to Senior Management – Tell the employee this is what you will work on for next 6 months, have some career prospective for people.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
