Great people work there

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Sunnyvale, CA (US)

ProsConsidering all the turmoil that Y! has been goring through in the last years, there are still very smart people working there. It is a very collaborative environment where things can get done quickly without much bureaucracy. The push to mobile first is the right direction and we work on the latest trends, and mobile customer needs

ConsLots of re-orgs and turn over (getting better)
Salaries should be more competitive (hopefully Marissa will fix this)

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep hiring good talent and staying focus on the most important Y! properties.
